Miss Havisham came from last to first in the final furlong at Yarmouth today, under a strong ride from Darryll Holland, to give us a 5-1 winner. The filly showed good promise at Carlisle last time out and proved that form by today's victory. The filly was bought in so we will be able to carry on working with her as she continues to grow and strengthen to hopefully go on to more success in the future.

Posted 28 June 2007

Welcome Approach ran on ground that does not best suit him at Carlisle yesterday but still managed to finish 3rd only 1 3/4 lengths behind the winner. Welcome made good headway from 1 furlong out and kept on well to be nearest at the finish.

Willyn ran a promising race at Ayr today finishing less than 2 lengths behind the winner. Willyn keep on going to the line which is a good sign for future races. Attacca also had a pleasing run looking more like his old self when finishing a good 3rd at Musselburgh this evening.

There was a stewards enquiry but the positions remained unchanged.

Willyn, our second 2 year old runner of the season made a promising debut at Pontefract yesterday. Whilst finishing 7th, and placed 6th after a stewards enquiry which she was not involved in, she finished within 3 lengths of the winner. Willyn was slow into her stride but was finishing like a train at the end and could well have won had the race been a little bit longer or she had started better. A very promising first run.

Posted 20 April 2007

Crosby Vision made his seasonal debut at Thirsk today. He ran a very promising race finishing a close 4th beaten only by 2 necks and 1/2 length. Crosby made headway from 2 furlongs out and stayed on to be closest at the finish.
